HALLOWEEN TAROT POP-UP

For our fifth solo show, we created a pop-up at New Inn Yard in Shoreditch. Making the most of it being Halloween, the parody cards focussed on the idea of bad luck, and global superstitions of bad omens and misfortunes. We printed 20 different tarot cards, all illustrated in-house, using risograph printing at Hato Press. We then set up a fake, low-rent tarot stall and disrupted the footfall during the lunch hour of the 31st of October.

We frequently gathered people wanting their ‘reading’ done and large crowds with it.

The cards doubled up as business cards, allowing for the intrigue to promote our agency and humour.
